couples – hopefully the way my photos speak to you allow you and i to connect and work together. on your wedding day, you don’t want to rush through it, but instead want to take it in and enjoy yourself. you appreciate having someone who can photograph you without being noticed at times, and can make you feel relaxed when making portraits. awkward moments exist, so let’s break them and hang out. i’d love to meet you in person, but when distance is an issue, lets skype or chat on the phone. i hope to hear from you soon!

it’s a blessing to be able to call my vocation and work, one and the same. i hope to carry that joy not only through my photographs, but into your life. when approaching a wedding, i document parts of the day barely being noticed, and take extra care when making your portraits and processing your photos. i studied electrical engineering before stumbling upon photography. in the end, my faith led me to study my passion and that experience has not only taught me about photography itself, but about god and myself. i now utilize photography as a medium to connect with you and other artists. i work both with digital and film, each has it’s unique feel. god, cameras, hot tea, books, outdoors, community, cars, raw fish, coffee: these are a few of my favorite things.
